Shipping Locations
Hasuit currently ships to the United States only. (Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time. If a PO Box or APO/FPO address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, which may delay your order.)
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on size, and you will receive tracking information for each item.
Fulfillment Partner
Hasuit partners with Amazon for logistics and shipping. They will select the best carrier for your order. Tracking information will be provided via email once your package ships.
Multiple Items
We strive to deliver all items in your order simultaneously. However, different shipping options may lead to items being sent separately. You will be notified via email when each item ships.
Address Changes
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. However, you can cancel your order within 60 minutes and reorder with the correct details.
Important Note: If the wrong address is provided by the customer, resulting in a lost or unrecoverable package, the customer is responsible for the loss. Hasuit will not replace the order or issue a refund.
