At Hasuit, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a hassle-free warranty experience. Our warranty covers all quality-related defects on items sold directly by Hasuit or authorized resellers, starting from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage: 365-Day Limited Warranty
Process for Filing a Warranty Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at service@hasuit.com with the following information:
1. Proof of Purchase:
- Order number from online purchases made through Hasuit or authorized resellers.
- Sales invoice.
- Dated sales receipt from an authorized Hasuit reseller, including a description of the product and its price.
- A brief description of the troubleshooting steps taken.
- The serial number of the defective item and/or visible proof of the defect.
- In some cases, you may need to return the defective item for quality inspection. Note that warranties on replacements will be voided if the wrong item is returned or if the defective item is not returned.
More than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process your warranty claim, such as a receipt of money transfer and confirmation of the original shipping address.
Warranty Claim Expiration
Warranty claims for product defects expire 365 days after the claim is opened. Claims cannot be processed for items that have exceeded their original warranty period or the 365-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.
Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs in the following situations:
- Returning products for reasons other than a proven defect.
- Accidental returns by the buyer.
- Returning personal items.
- Returning items claimed to have defects but found to be in working condition by Hasuit quality control.
- Returning defective items via international shipping.
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (returns made outside the approved warranty process).
Not Covered Under Warranty
The following items are not covered by our warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Items that have expired their warranty period.
- Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
- Free products.
- Repairs performed by third parties.
- Damage from external sources or misuse (including, but not limited to: improper operation, installation errors, and man-made damage).
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
- Accidental damage or neglect.
- Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters).
- Modifications or use of unauthorized parts, which void the warranty.
- Normal wear and tear, including gloss reduction, scratching, staining, and alkaline etching over time.
Exclusions:
Please note that this warranty does not cover issues related to fabrics, seat cushions, or leather covers. However, replacements for these components are available at a minimal cost, provided the original cover is still accessible.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. No representations made by Hasuit, except as outlined herein, constitute a warranty.
